Plan your Half-Day Tune Up for a Wednesday evening, a Saturday morning, afternoon or evening or a Sunday afternoon. A minimum of 3-1/2 hours should be set aside for the conference. You can choose one of the following themes for your Conference.
Option 1: Discovering Your Role in Ministry
Open your volunteers' eyes to how they are equipped and made for ministry and give them practical guidance for being an adult who cares for teenagers.
Option 2: Velocity to Make an Impact
Motivate your volunteers to "keep on keepin' on"! Your volunteers will be encouraged, learn how to encourage others, as well as ways to mentor teenagers through everyday activities in their homes.
Option 3: Total Care for Yourself and Others
Help your volunteers deepen their relationship with God. Overflowing desire for God matched with an understanding of where students are at each grade level will enhance your ministry.
Option 4: Ministry in Real Life NEW!
Invest in your volunteers as they discover how to better connect with students. Your volunteers will explore similarities and differences between their youth culture and today's youth culture.
